Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Check Cashing Policy
Personal checks and travelers checks are accepted in EUR and USD.

Transportation Policy
Beginning October 1, 2008, the Munich city center has been established as a low emission zone and can only be accessed by cars displaying environmental badges on the front of the car. By law, cars not displaying this badge may be fined. High-emission vehicles are no longer allowed to drive in the city center. This hotel is outside the Environmental Zone (Green Zone); however, every vehicle entering an Environmental Zone - no matter whether registered in Germany or another country - now needs to display an Environmental Badge. Foreign visitors can now obtain environmental badges for their cars and trucks online.

Extra Bedding Policy
Extra beds are available in every room category on request for a daily fee. Baby cots are available by request in every room category. Please request baby cots in the Special Request section when booking your reservation. This hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with cribs. Guests must bring their own. Family Plan Policy
Children under the age of 12 stay free in existing bedding in the guest rooms. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout is available on request, subject to availability. A fee of 10.00 EUR per hour will be imposed on guests checking out past the provided checkout time. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Pet Policy
Small dogs are allowed.

Smoking Policy
Due to the Non-Smokers' Protection Act, smoking is banned in all public areas. This ban includes smoking in the lobby, bar, and restaurants. Most of the guest rooms are non-smoking rooms; however, we have a limited number of smoking rooms available on request. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Spa Closure
Beginning December 14, 2011, the spa will be closed due to reconstruction to Sheraton fitness by Core performance.
